The COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting the entire food system in our Barangay, some of the
families in our barangay are working with low and irregular incomes and a lack of social support
without the means to earn an income during lockdowns, many are unable to feed themselves and their
families. For most, no income means no food, or, at best, less food and less nutritious food, many of
them are spurred to continue working, often in unsafe conditions, thus exposing themselves and their
families to additional risks, and most of them needs help, that’s why! despite of Pandemic in our
Barangay people never lack generosity and the heart for service, and in every difficult situation, even
when we have very little, we always share with those around us, as you can see we wrapped or
repacking a lot of relief foods and distribute it specially prepared for everyone! we can called this
BAYANIHAN the idea of the Kindness station is simple give what you can, and you know guys this
simple stuff really help them out, we gave them inspiration to survive even in the hard time that people
always remember the good will.
