0 In the event of claim:

1.1 Claimant is required to notify new claims to STMAB’s Banca Portal website/Banca  T + 1 working days  Branch/claima
Helpdesk immediately and forward supporting documents (if any) that are nt
required by STMAB through email.
1.2 Claims Dept. register the new claim upon receipt of notification and will assign
adjusteron immediate basis.
1.3 Adjuster contact the Participant within 48 hours to arrange for survey at the risk
premise.

1.4 Adjuster survey the risk premise together with the Participant. Participant agrees on
the adjusted amount and sign on the Confirmation of Acceptance and provide  STMAB Claims
 T + 2 working days (arrangement for
payment details by completing the Direct Credit Instruction Form. Dept.

1.5 Claim amount below RM20,000.00. (Household, Building)

a) Participant no need to submit documents.  Adjuster

b) Adjuster to submit the Final Report together with the Confirmation of  T + 2 working days
Acceptance and Direct Credit Instruction Form to Claims Dept. within 2 working  STMB Claims
days from the survey. Dept.
c) Upon receipt of the Final Report, Claims Dept. to prepare the payment within  T + 3 working days
