Subject: Leave from University on account of health condition

Dear Sir,

With due respect it is to be stated that I recently have been diagnosed with Diabetes.
This resulted in vomiting and digestive problem in whole of previous week. I was
admitted in hospital from Tuesday 20 November 2018 till Saturday 24 November 2018.
Therefore, it was not possible for me to come to university in these dates. Doctors have
appointed me complete bed rest and assured me that if I follow the medical routine then
I am hopeful to be healthy soon.
Kindly, grant me exemption for the classes I had not attended and allow me to complete
my assignments which I left incomplete during previous week. I shall be grateful for this
kindness.
