Vision Plus has four combi models in the range: 25, 30, 35 and 40kW. The new Vision Plus combis

footprints, with dimensions of just 738 (h) x 405 (w) x 248mm (d). The rear flue option makes it
easy to fit these in to kitchen cupboards. They are also lightweight too, at just 27kg for the 25C.
The 35C and 40C are all about performance. Both models are still comparatively compact in size
at 740 (h) x 420 (w) x 350mm (d). The 35C delivers a domestic hot water (DHW) flow rate of 14.2
l/min at 35°C temperature rise and the 40C 16.4 l/min. The wide modulation ratio of 1:8 means the

Excellent boiler. Just had its first year landlord's gas safety check and the engineer was full of praise for
Worcester Bosch machines. The readings he got with his meters were absolutely excellent. He also said
it's really easy to get parts for them when they do eventually require servicing (not the case with a couple of
other makes he mentioned).
Review2- So far so good ot them booked in to fit a WiFi controlled thermostatic timer next week hopefully
this will go just as well and will be able to fine tune boiler efficiency much better -- overall extremely happy
with the boiler.

as smooth as silk.

I've had mine a year now, and it hasn't given a single problem. We're truly delighted with it. Sure, as with all
boilers, from time to time you will need to adjust the water pressure, but this takes less than two minutes to
do, and doing so couldn't be easier. We use ours with a Vaillant electronic controller which sets the desired
temperatures for both day and night time usage. And it too works excellently.my gas bills are down by
around 40% since having it fitted. Nonetheless, please know that if mine should ever break down
temporarily and I can't demand an 'instant warranty repair', then I can assure you all that I'll be the last
person to come back here and dump an one star review on such an, otherwise, absolutely brilliant boiler.

Review 1-Sounds like a lot of bad installation reviews on here. We install these all of the time and have
very rarely had any issues with them. There are a lot of things you must do during installation to ensure
things, especially the compressors, will last.

Get a qualified contractor and dont hire the cheapest guy or you'll regret it in the long run to save maybe a
thousand dollars upfront

AO Smith’s heat pump water heaters ties Rheem for the cheapest model. Their 50 gallon model starts at
$1,299 (they don’t currently offer a 40 gallon heat pump).

That’s $100 cheaper than Bradford White’s heat pump.

The thermostat stopped working on our boiler, installed 4 months ago. They have refused to send
someone to look at it because the boiler is in the loft and there isn't a fixed ladder. Apparently, their
operatives are happy to install them without a fixed ladder but not happy to service them.

Review 2 : Don't touch the EasyControl

No issues as of yet with my 11 month old WB boiler, however the EasyControl thermostat is absolutely
dreadful. Bosch have recently updated them and it has made it so it cannot now speak to the boiler.
Complete waste of money.

Review1:It has had a lot of problems - pressure always low- heating up radiators and hot water issues,
timeclock issue, noisy boiler and then pipe burst in the boiler room, too many issues - right from the start
it did not seem connected well to radiators and pressure was low.
Review 2:Our boiler (eco TEC pro 28) broke down two days ago. It is new and only installed 1.5 years
ago. We currently have no hot water and no heating and with two young children and elderly parents
here at the weekend from aboard, the earliest time slot that Vaillant was able to come out is Monda.
Review 1 :Only had the boiler just over a year. Had the same "fault 83" ever since it was fitted. Had
numerous engineers out from other companies and they can't fix it! Had Vallient out once last year and
again yesterday.....woke up to the same fault this morning! Stay clear, get a different boiler from another
company and save yourself money!

Review 2 : poor service. my boiler cover under guarantee and vaillant can't find in their record. we have
been issued with the letter showing evidence of cover.

Go some where else for boiler. this place is just poor when it comes to customer service.

Review 1-I wasn´t happy with the product it was a totally different colour from the photo but it ended up
being expensive as I had to pay for postage to receive and return the item. Online help was good and
they processed my return quickly but I won´t be purchasing again from the site .Review 2- I
purchased during black Friday offers. It arrived as expected, however the parcel was not discreet
therefore ruining my partners Christmas present. It has ruined the surprise that much he no longer wants
it as the surprise is ruined for him. To return it, i am expected to pay, even though it is the retailers fault
that during the two gifting period of the year they do not make their parcel packaging discreet like most
other retailers do. Not only am I now stuck with two person kayak, I now have to think of another
Christmas present for him

Review 1-We made the horrible mistake of installing a 48000 BTU outdoor unit with 6 registers for the
1st floor and a 24000 BTU inside. I have paid more than $8k in installation and trouble shooting. Had to
replace the PCB first on the inside units, then had to replace 48000 BTU outdoor unit. Fujitsu replaced
this under warranty but would not pay for labor. Now the 24000 BTU unit is having issues.

Review 1- Mine was broke when I got it. I went through the trouble hooking it up. Only to find out didn't
work.
