1. What do you think about muslim in modern world?

In my opinion, as an Indonesian citizen, lately many people have embraced the
Muslim religion but they are radical, As a good society, we also cannot blame other
religions that are not the same as us by making heresy between one religion and
another. But at the end of the day,Muslim in Indonesia has begun to enter into legal
sects that have not been formalized by the Indonesian state, one of which is to solve
the Muslim community in Indonesia.

2. Whats the different between religion and theology?

Theology means the science of divinity. There are many types of theology, there are Islamic

regulates the system of faith (belief) and worship to God Almighty as well as the rules relating to
the association of humans and humans and their environment.

3. You think, you can act whatever you think is right to do everytime or not
I don't think we should just do what we want to do according to our own will, even though
we think it's right, but try to think about the consequences and impact on others because
other people see things differently from us

always related to and connected with its teachings of compassion and non-violence towards
all sentient beings.

Philosophy is a systematic world view. Many views that philosophy is the basis of all science.
The purpose of philosophy is to deepen understanding. because I took international

someone, we must know their mindset, and that’s what philosophy taught us to
Context Towards Organization

A company or organization that implements an Environmental Management System must

determine the context in which the organization operates, this is intended so that the
organization can continue to build and improve the applied Management System that is
adapted to the conditions in which the organization operates.
Determining the context certainly cannot be separated from internal and external problems
that can affect the success of the organization in achieving the goals stated in the vision and
mission of the organization. The intended goals are the organization's goals in implementing
the management system, for example improving environmental performance
(environmental performance), fulfilling regulatory compliance (compliance obligations) and
achieving environmental goals (Objectives).
But that goal does not necessarily mean, the organization can also set goals that are more
like beyond requirements (beyond). Understanding the context is very important for an
organization because it will greatly affect the organization's operations and the products
produced.

What Are Issues In Environmental Management Systems?

Issues are important topics for the organization, issues for debate and discussion, or
changing circumstances that affect the organization's ability to achieve the desired results as
defined by the organization in implementing its environmental management system.
To find out whether the issue is important or not, several things can be considered:

1. Is it the main driver or trend, eg related to environmental conditions or concerns of

interested parties.
2. Does it create problems for the environment and the organization
3. Can it be used for profit (including innovation to improve environmental performance)
4. Whether it can bring advantages to the organization including reducing costs and
improving the company's image.

Organizations wishing to implement or improve the implementation of the Environmental

Management System should review the context to gain knowledge of the relevant issues
that may affect the environmental management system.
Here are some examples of external issues and internal issues:
External Issues in Determining the Organizational Context
1. Politics, how is politics in the area where the organization operates, how is political
interference with existing organizations
2. Economy, availability of raw materials such as fuel, infrastructure and transportation
3. Competition, whether or not similar organizations exist in the area
4. Social, how are the social issues in the area, ethnicity, gender issues, including the
education level of the surrounding community
5. Culture, cultural sites in the area where the organization was founded, and other local
wisdom including religious rituals

Internal Issues in Determining the Organizational Context

1. Organizational style and culture, for example family businesses, private companies, public
companies, and so on
2. Information systems, procedures and flow of decision making both formal and informal
problems, including the speed of problem solving time
3. Compliance with the law, what is the status of compliance and trends in compliance
4. Policies, goals and strategies, how the policies, vision and mission of the organization and
the availability of resources to achieve them
5. Relationship with stakeholders

In addition to these two issues, environmental conditions including events that can affect
the organization's activities, products and services also need to be identified, such as:
• Meteorological, hydrological and ecological information
• Information on disasters that have occurred in the area where the organization operates
• Previous audit reports including baseline and life cycle
• Environmental permits
• Results of environmental monitoring
• Reports of accidents that have an impact on the environment
The method used to determine the context should be simple but can provide an overview
for the organization to plan, implement and operate an environmental management
system. So that it is easy to determine the scope of application of the environmental
management system and determine the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed.

Content Towards Organization

In this digital era, we are flooded with various information. There is so much information
that it is almost impossible to read one by one. Meanwhile, in any organization, each
division seeks to convey information that it considers valuable to achieve organizational
goals. In order for the content created to be read by the target reader, a careful strategy is
needed in its arrangement. This is called a content strategy.
There are two things that need to be understood to produce effective content:
1. Understand organizational goals
2. Understand the target reader
Let's discuss them one by one..

1. Understand organizational goals

This point becomes important because there is so much information that is considered
important that an organization needs to convey. Both are addressed to internal parties
(employees) and external parties (customers and prospective customers). Every unit of an
organization feels it has a lot of important information to convey. By understanding the
organization's goals, we can prioritize which information/content is more important to
convey and which content can await delivery.

2. Understand the target reader

Understanding the target audience is done so that the content we create is effective: right
on target. There are two phenomena that need to be understood in building effective
content:

a. The flood of available information. Each of these pieces of information vie for the
reader's attention.
b. Limited time that is owned by the reader. Despite the abundance of available
information, the time that readers have has never increased. Only available 24 hours a day.
Therefore, the reader will automatically only read what he considers important.

c. An increasingly complex world. Lifestyles are increasingly diverse, increasingly

sophisticated according to technological developments. Likewise, life's problems are getting
more complicated. This makes the reader more selective in capturing information.

Next, after understanding the condition of the organization and the target audience, is to
formulate a content strategy that will be used. This strategy will be discussed in the next
article.
