With reference to above subject and further to our discussion, we are pleased to submit our
best offer for Installation of Fire Fighting works clarified as mentioned below:

2. Terms of payment:
Progressive payment to be settled within 15 Days from the Invoice date.
3. Exclusion:
• Any other work not mentioned in our scope.
• Supply of all kind of materials
• Complete pumproom works.
• Installation of riser piping works not included in our scope.
• Installation of Fire Cabinet & related piping works, Fire Extinguishers, breaching
inlets etc.
• Any kind of civil works, i.e. foundation, cutting and chasing, wall opening and Sleeves
for pipes and making good of the surfaces etc
5. Notes:
• Price quoted does not include VAT or any other taxes. Those will be charged extra.
• Temporary water and electricity as applicable to predetermined points at site.
• Safe and robust scaffolding to our erectors requirements.
