Terms
General Conditions Applicable
40% payment to be released advance for materials and mobilization. 30% to be released after 50% of
job done. Next 20% to be released on 80% of work done. Final 10% to be released after Fewa
approval.

Dewa approval is not in our scope.

No retention of bill /invoice amount from your end.
Accommodation and transportation will be provided by our Company for our workers.
PPE will be provided by our company.
Our all ABS TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC workers are insured.
We will replace the worker if he is not suitable as per work requirement.
In case if you wish to remove our worker after start of work, please provide us at least 2 days
written notice for the same.

We can increase / decrease any no. of workers or add sub contractors to our work without side
agencies to carry out our work, the specified time for completion will only be applicable with
approval in writing.

Any dispute in future will be settled as per UAE law and under UAE court judiciary/direction.
 If the LPO gets expired due to operation of time or exhaust of LPO amount, and you do not give us
notice of de-hire, then our workers shall continue works and your Company shall send us extension
of the LPO. The LPO shall be considered as extended unless otherwise communicated to us in
written.

Vat 5% from Client

Our scope of work is limited to MEP only all civil works will be from main contractor.
We are waiting for your LPO/Agreement. We trust you will find our quotation satisfactory and look
