ONLY SUPPLY OF TILE GLUE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH MENTION RATE IF NEED TO PREPARE FLOOR WITH BLACK SAND THEN SEPRATE RATE WILL BE ADDED AFTER MUTUAL DISCUSSION AND
DICISION AS PER SITE.
ONLY TILE GLUE IS IN OUR SCOPE. SUPPLY OF TILES NOT IN OUR SCOPE OF WORK.
OUR SCOPE OF WORK IS ONLY LIMITED TO INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF TILES. AFTER REMOVAL OF TILES CLEANING TO DUMPING AREA OF SITE WILL BE CARRIED OUT. MOBILIZATION OF
TILES RUBBISH IS NOT IN OUR SCOPE OF WORK.
Any Extra work will be done subject to Approval. TOTAL 83895
ALL MATERIAL FROM CLIENT. ONLY INSTALLATION WORK IS SUBJECTED TO CONTRACTOR SCOPE.

General Conditions Applicable

Advance 20% payment to be released for mobilazation and start of work. 10% of payment to be released at completetion of every
130 sqm work done. Last 10% to be released after final work done and handing over.
Bill shall be verified within 1 days of submission of invoice and payment to be released immediately after invoice.
No retention of bill /invoice amount from your end.
Accommodation and transportation will be provided by our Company for our workers.
PPE will be provided by our company.
We will replace the worker if he is not suitable as per work requirement.
In case if you wish to remove our worker after start of work, please provide us at least 2 days written notice for the same.

We can increase / decrease any no. of workers or add sub contractors to our work without side agencies to carry out our work,
the specified time for completion will only be applicable with approval in writing.
Any dispute in future will be settled as per UAE law and under UAE court judiciary/direction.

If the LPO gets expired due to operation of time or exhaust of LPO amount, and you do not give us notice of de-hire, then our
workers shall continue works and your Company shall send us extension of the LPO. The LPO shall be considered as extended
unless otherwise communicated to us in written.
Approval from authorities is not in our scope of work.
We are waiting for your LPO/Agreement. We trust you will find our quotation satisfactory and look forward to work with your
