4 Completion Period:
As per Client program. To be discussed and agreed mutually.

5 Other Terms:

a) Our price is purely based on the Tender Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Any changes in the
scope mentioned in the BOQ and drawings shall be treated as variation to the contract.

b)Temporary power and water shall be provided by client at site along with the toilet facility for the staff
and labors.

1 Scope of works:
Scope of works shall be in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached herewith and tender
Drawings.

2 Exclusions:
• Any kind of Approvals,gate passes,any kind of deposits.
• Supply and Installation of any equipment other than quoted in BOQ
• Any other fee expenses for QCCD. Ooredoo connection, Kahrama, MOTC & Ashghal
• Crain or lifting equipment
• Excavation or backfilling , all associated civil works
• Site office and associate facilities power supply for MEP works
• Kahramaa connection fees

4 General Provision By Client:

We assume that client will provide the sufficient lockable space to keep our materials safely.

Main contractor to provide the drinking water and rest area for the food of the labours with toilet facility
at site.
