COMMISSIONING

MAJAN AL BAHAR TECHNICAL SERVICES

LLC offer a comprehensive service for the Testing,
Balancing and Commissioning of HVAC systems by
qualified and experienced Engineers in accordance with
BSRIA, CIBSE and ASHRAE codes of practice.

Testing and Balancing involves the adjustment and

balancing of HVAC components to ensure that both the
Design and Specifications are met.

The commissioning team work closely and in

conjunction with all contractors to identify and correct
any problems at the installation phase that might affect the testing and balancing.

Testing and Balancing is not only carried out on new

installed systems.

Marjan Al Bahar Technical Services recommends that

re-balancing be carried out after the following:

•When any HVAC equipment/component has been

replaced
•If any maintenance personnel have adjusted any
of the control settings
•After cleaning of the system
•If any of the building has been altered internally
for different usage

Testing and Balancing of an existing building/system can be performed wherever

there is a reason to believe the system is not functioning as designed or records do
not reflect the actual system operation.

On completion of the Testing and Balancing, a full report is produced providing a

complete and accurate record of the installed equipment and performance test
sheets which are placed within the Operating & Maintenance Manual.

Floor and Wall Tiling Work
Tiling a way of arranging identical plane shapes so that they completely cover
an area without overlapping. We cover all aspects of tiling, from small
domestic jobs and repairs to larger commercial ones.

We are up to date with all the correct methods of floor and wall tiling, feature
walls, paving and stone work, corking and waterproofing and if your floor is
really bad we also re-level with sand and cement screen to get a super flat
finish.

Painting work
Painting is the practice of applying paint, pigment,
color or other medium to a surface (support base).
The medium is commonly applied to the base with
a brush but other implements, such as knives,
sponges, and airbrushes. The purpose of painting
is to improve the aesthetic of a building and to
protect it from damage by water, rust, corrosion,
insects and mould.
