Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of statistics and probability.

Course Objectives:
1. To study and understand the basic concept of field and chart types in Tableau Environment
2. Discover and learn joins, blends relationships in tableau.
3. To perform and generate KPIs, visualizations using calculated fields, parameters, filters, LOD
4. To learn and generate reports and dashboards and perform predictive analysis.

Experiment List

1. Study and discover data pane, dimensions, and measures in tableau. Generate
various types of graphs using sample data.

2. Learn and perform joins, blends, and relationships on sample superstore to use
multiple tables.

3. Learn the use of calculated fields and parameters and perform thorough analysis
on bird strike data to answer various questions.

4. Understand and learn various level of details (LOD) to generate KPIs using
superstore dataset.

5. Perform predictive analysis on the data of your choice. Represent your findings
with the help of dynamic dashboard and convey them through a short report.
Course Outcomes: (Students will be able to-)
1. Use tableau software for generating dashboards with the help of interactive visualizations and
generate decision-based reports.
