COA 2011 -008-H Applicant: Darrell Swartz, 119 N. State Street, Swartz
Culleton PC
The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for a hanging sign and a wall sign.
HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that design option A
would be used, and that “Swartz Culleton PC” would be in bold type.

COA 2011 -009-H Residents, David & Andrea Page, 14 S. Chancellor Street,
residence
The applicants are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of cedar fencing.
HARB recommended approval of the application as presented.

COA 2011 -010-H Applicant: Joseph White


143 N. State Street, residence
The applicant is seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of storm doors.
HARB recommended approval of the application as presented, noting that the doors would
be constructed of wood, that the submitted Vanderbilt model design would be used for the
front door and visible side door facing the front. The rear side door is not visible and,
therefore, HARB is giving no direction regarding that door

The applicants are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations to an accessory
building.

Modification to COA 2011 -007 Residents, Ralph & Barbara Posmontier, 32 N.

The applicants are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for the modification to COA 2011-
007 to change painted tin gutters to copper gutters.
HARB recommended approval for the modification of COA 2011-007, to change the material
for the pole gutters from the previously approved painted tin to copper.

 Authorize the Solicitor to advertise an ordinance amending the Special Events Ordinance.
