The entire document should be in Palatino linotype or Palatino font. Other font types
may be used if needed for special purposes. Recommended font sizes are shown in
Table 2 .3.
Title must be in 24 pt. Regular font. Candidate name must be in 14 pt. Regular font.
Every word in a title must be capitalized except for short minor words such as “a”,
“an”, “and”, “as”, “at”, “by”, “for”, “from”, “if”, “in”, “into”, “on”, “or”, “of”, “the”,
“to”, “with”.

1.5 SECTION HEADINGS (level 1 title 5)
Headings 2 must be in 12pt font and bold. Every word in a heading 2 must be
Uppercase except for short minor words as listed in Section 1.4. (See Heading 1.3).
Heading 3 must be in 12pt font and bold. Capitalize every word in a heading 3
except for short minor words as listed in Section 1.4 (See Heading 2.1.3).
Heading 4 must be in 12pt font and italic. Capitalize every word in a heading 4
