The humble petition for bail
on behalf of petitioner

respectfully.
Shweth:-
1. That petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in
this case due to confusion and misunderstanding.
2. That Petitioner has not moved for bail before this court or
before any superior court earlier in any form.
3. That police seized total quantity 5 Ltr. Of Chulai wine from
the back side of Gumti and petitioner has no concerned with
the seized wine and Gumti.
4. That there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner.
5. That petitioner is in custody since 25/07/2021 and has been
sufficiently punished.
6. That Local bailers are ready to stand sureties for him.
7. That petitioner is man of means hence there is no chance of
his absconding.

It is, therefore, prayed that

petitioner be released on bail
and for which petitioner
shall ever pray.
