The humble petition on behalf

of accused petitioner named as
Vinod Sah, S/o – Ramji Sah,
R/o Village – Basaitha, P.S. –
Saraiya, Distt – Muzaffarpur
most respectfully.
Sheweth :-
1. That the above said petitioner is quite innocent and has
committed no offence.
2. That no any regular bail petition on the behalf of above said
petitioner has been filed in Honorable High Court, Patna.
3. That the regular bail petition was rejected to A.C.J.M. – 4 th
west, Muzaffarpur on dated – 23/09/2021.
4. That the prosecution story against the accused petitioner is
wrong and false.
5. That the above said petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
6. That the petitioner is under custody since dated 08/09/2021.
7. That the allegation was imposed by Sumitra Devi, Kishori Devi
and Rinku Devi and on their application F.I.R. was instituted
against the accused person and further they compromised with
the accused.
8. That good relationship has been restored between both the
parties.
9. That due to the party politics the petitioner is implicated in this
false case.
10. That the local bailers are ready to stand as sureties against
petitioner.
