1.That this is an application of previous bail on

behalf of above named accused petitioners in
connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no.-
314/2021.
2.That the petitioner is quite innocent and has

committed no offence alleged in the FIR and have

falsely been implicated in this case due to
grudge, dirty party politics which is prevailing
in side of village.
3. That the FIR is malicious, false, fabricated,
concocted and has no leg to stand in the eye of
law.
4.That the petitioner is on bail since .
5.That the bailers of petitioner are alive and
willing to continue of their bailorship.
It is therefore prayed
that your honour would be
graciously pleased to allow
this application of previous
bail and for this above
named accused shall ever
