I, Md. Afaq aged about 45 year S/O- Md. Muslim resident of village – Naya Bhargama,
Veernagar, Ward No.- 03, P.S.- Bhargama, Dist.- Araria do hereby solemnly undertake as
under:

1. That I shall cooperate in the speedy disposal of the case and I shall
remain physically present whenever required by Court.
2. That I shall deposit the draft/cheque of remaining alimony amount before
this Learned court.
3. That the complainant is entitled to get the said remaining amount after
deposing on compromise basis before learned lower and after disposal of
all cases pending between the parties on the ground of withdrawal or
compromise.
