It is hereby brought to your notice that undersigned has

been engaged by Mr. Bashir Ahmad S/O Laal Din caste Goraya

R/O Thatha Tararan, Chak 578, Tehsil and District

Sheikhupura, to serve upon you the legal notice in response of

your notice dated 20.05.08 for the recovery of installment of

loan. Copy of your notice is attached herewith.

That it is mentioned in the terms and conditions of the

loan regarding the dairy business that your are bound to furnish

the insurance documents to my client but till now you have not

fulfill the requirements and not furnish the insurance

documents to my client.
 That you have served a notice to my client without

performing your above said duty which creates a damage to the

honour, prestige and dignity of my client. Your notice create a

loss to my client in business community for which my client

has a right to sue against you.

That it is hereby brought to your knowledge that my

client will not pay a single penny until / unless all terms and

conditions settled between you and my client are fulfilled by

you.

That through this legal notice you are hereby informed

that first of all complete and furnish the documentation of

insurance to my client then you will be able to ask for the

recovery of any installment from my client.

A copy of this notice is retained in my office, you please,

on receiving it keep it in your safe custody. So that if need and

required, may be produced.

This notice is served upon you through courier.
