Brief description
Negligence, Strict Liability & Procedure in Torts is a continuation of the Nature and History of Torts. It
covers torts such as negligence, death as a cause of action, the rule in Rylands v. Fletcher, Liability for
Dangerous Animals, Liability for Fire Escape, Nuisance, Occupiers Liability and Economic Torts.
