Sir,

It is hereby brought to your notice that I am your department’s customer, duly

headed by you. Your department installed telephone No.056-3782012 at Sultan Colony,

Lahore Sargodha Road, City Sheikhupura in shelter house, Chungi No.5, Sukheke Mandi

Tehsil Pindi Bhattian, Distt. Hafizabad. I am a regular Trial lawyer having my offices at

District Courts Sheikhupura and Lahore High Court Lahore respectively having a vast

network of my clients. I am mostly engaged as counsel in different murder and writ cases

at Sessions Courts and at High Court telephonically at above referred number by the

residents of far of areas of the Punjab. My average earning through telephonical

engagements exceeds Rs.25,000/- per month.

That telephone number went out of order and turned dead earlier about one month

for which I made repeated complaints before the relevant appointed staff at PTCL

exchange at Sukheke Mandi but they turned deaf ear to my genuine request and paid no

heed towards the repairing of the fault, instead on my stress they threatened me with dire
 consequences and further directed me to go out of the complaint office which amounted to

my great insult and I suffered irreparable loss to my honour, dignity and prestige.

That repeated applications were made in your respect by the subscribers having

been mentioned about 11 telephone numbers including my own number and copies were

sent for information of chairman PTCL, Minister for telecommunication, director PTCL

and all other authorities having supervisory control over your office but unfortunately all

in vain. Your conduct with your subscribers and negligence towards the performance of

your official duties in connivance with your subordinate staff. The local staff under your

control is enjoying their office at your behest even some complaints of bribery by the

local staff in your own name have been received.

That I have been engaged as counsel by the owners of the telephone numbers

mentioned in the application sent to you repeatedly. I have a right on my own behalf and

have further been directed by my client to claim damages before competent court against

you for the losses we have collectively and individually suffered and also for the loss of

honour. You are hereby required to reply the instant legal notice within 7 days of its

receipt otherwise legal proceedings would be filed and initiated against you personally

and all other responsible persons of the instant negligence.
