Application under section 516-A Code of Criminal Procedure for

Superdari of cash Amount Rs. 100,000.

Respectfully Sheweth:

1. That the City Police Station Skardu has lodged FIR No. 55/23 dated
20.05.2023 under the above mentioned section against the accused /
petitioner and have taken the cash amount in their custody.

2. That the petitioner is the last possessor of the said cash amount and
the cash amount is taken into custody by City Police Station Skardu.
3. That if the said cash amount remained in the custody of the Police
Station City Skardu the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss.

4. That if the said cash amount is handed over to the petitioner as

superdar, the petitioner is ready to furnish reasonable surety to the
entire satisfaction of this honorable court, and will produce the said
cash amount as and when required by this honorable court.

PRAYER
It is therefore prayed that by accepting this petition the above
mentioned cash amount may kindly be hand over to the petitioner as
superdar to meet the ends of justice & equity.
