1. That the petitioner is bonafide and law-abiding citizen of the


state.

2. That the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case


with malafide intention and ulterior motives of the
complainant with local police.

3. That the petitioner is not in any manner connected to the


premises, i.e. the place of occurrence, hence it shows the
malafide of the complainant and ploice.

4. That there is no probability of accused / petitioner being


convicted. Thus, there is no justification of continuing the
process of case. It will be just abusing court process and
wastage of precious time of this Honorable court.

PRAYER:
In the circumstances above, it is therefore, most
humbly prayed that the accused/petitioner may graciously be
acquitted from the charge under section 249-A Cr.P.C in the best
interest of justice.
