1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

This product has been developed from Western Harver

Technology and also using new temperature sensing technology.
These units are tested to CE specification and l local SANS &
NRCS requirements have been installed and passed.
The unit is split into two parts, the storage tank and the
generator unit.
The process of heating the water uses magnetic induction, which
heats the water more rapidly than conventional water heaters.
The electrical supply to the generator is converted into a
magnetic energy that then causes a resistance field which in
turn heats the water. This means that there is no direct electrical
a/c current in close proximity to the water, making it safer.
The unit uses new temperature sensing technology that is more
accurate. There is a high density thermal insulation layer, to
sustain the water temperature.
All these processes increase the efficiency and therefore save
electricity.
There are several protection systems in place such as: dry burn,
over heat, low/ high voltage, surge and over heat protection.

PLEASE NOTE – THIS UNIT IS NOT AN INSTANTANEOUS WATER

HEATER

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please ensure the amp rating of the socket is rated above that of
the unit.
To avoid damage and chance of electric shock, please do not wet
the generator unit.
Do not put any metal object into the exhaust duct of the
generator unit to avoid electric shock.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person
in order to prevent a hazard.
Do not block the air intake or exhaust vent of the generator unit.
Allow 150mm free space around generator intake/exhaust ports
Do not place objects that are affected by magnetism such as
watches, radios, televisions, bank cards etc .near the unit.
Persons with pacemakers, please consult your doctor before
using.
It is recommended to remove the drain plug to remove the dirty
water annually
Place unit out of reach of children and make sure children are
supervised in the use of the hot water.
People that are mentally challenged or physically handicapped
must be supervised in the operation of this unit.
If there any defects or malfunction that are not able to be fixed
by switching the unit off and then on – please contact after sales
service. Water may drip from the discharge pipe of the
expansion control valve and that this pipe must be left open to
the atmosphere. Discharge pipes connected to the expansion
control valve and the TP valve are to be of metal and installed in
a continuously downward direction, in a frost-free ambient with
the outlet being left open to the atmosphere.
DO NOT attempt to repair the unit yourself.
