2. MONTAGE

• Check that the parts of the device are complete and that no damage has occurred
during transportation.
• Place the product on a flat and solid surface and take the necessary precautions against
the risk of tipping over.
• The personnel who will provide installation and service to the device should be
experts in their field.
• The connection to the power supply must be made by an authorized person.
• Make sure that the voltage to which you connect the device is the same as the voltage
indicated on the device label.
• The grounding connection of the device must be made in accordance with the
standards and safety regulations.
• The grounding of the device must be connected to the grounding line on the nearest
panel of the electrical installation.
• The electrical connection of the device must be made in accordance with the
applicable regulations and rules in relation to the main fuse and fugitive current fuse.

3. GENERAL WARNINGS

• Do not install the device near the environment where flammable and explosive
materials are located.
• Use a fire extinguisher by switching off the gas valves and electrical switches (if
any) when there is a fire, flame or the like in the area where the device is being used.
Never use water to extinguish the flame.
• Damages due to lack of grounding connection will not be covered by warranty.
• Do not place heavy objects on the device.
4. USAGE OF THE DEVICE

USAGE

• Before using for the first time, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the device with a
cloth soaked in warm soapy water.
• Turn on the main switch.
• Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
• Open the roof cover during water filling.
• Open the water inlet valve on the front panel to allow water to fill the pan.
• You can empty the cooked food in the pan by turning the pan tilting wheel clockwise.
• After the food is empty, turn the tilting pan counterclockwise and bring the pan to a
sitting position.

5. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

• Make sure your appliance is switched off before cleaning.

• Carry out periodic cleaning every 15 days.

• Allow the boiler to cool before cleaning.

• When cleaning, be careful not to let water enter the device control panel.

• Do not use acid or acid-derived materials when cleaning the device.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

• Check that the device is plugged in.
