Dear sir,
Reference is made by the report (Weekly Site Report for Land Backfill Supervision report 13-18.12.2021), sent on 21-Dec-2021.
The resource deployed to carry the work on the project is currently:
- Manpower
Formman = 1
Worker = 1 (for spray water)
Operator = 3
- Equipment
Backhoe = 1
Bulldozer = 1
Roller = 1
- The percentage of work progress since the Contractor has started the works is less than 5.0% average per week.
- The initial schedule or time frame for this phase of the work scope shall be completed at the end of March 2022.

Therefore, re-calculating the project duration according to the statement above, this duration would be extented 12 weeks as shown in figure 01
The completion date will be delayed to the 3rd week of June 2022.
