1 Mobile i-TSM introduction

i-engineering mobile i-TSM platform is used for preventive maintenance activities. Mobile application view and
PM activity data logging is described below.

1. Mobile application login required to authorized users

2. Click on Preventive Maintenance Tab and select site for which PM is planned. Preventive maintenance
activity is categorized in sub sections with respect to each scope of work assigned for a site in contract.
3. Select the scope work and take before pictures as per guidelines described in this document for each scope
of work.
4. Perform activity as per standard operating procedures and provide data in PM form on mobile application.
5. Take pictures before, during & after activity as per guidelines and upload it on mobile application after
activity window.
6. In some cases, where internet connection is slow, pictures will move onto “non sync” tab. Once the user
gets into good internet coverage or wifi connection, the pictures should be uploaded again from “non
sync” tab.
