General infrastructure refers to overall site premises. It includes boundary walls/fence, site gate,
information/instruction boards, cables and their layout, gravel, shelter rooms, tower legs, tower light, earthing and
equipment pads etc.
Guidelines:
Below step should be followed not limited to other maintenance being required on site:
Take pictures of before PM activity indicating overall site premises conditions and
capturing snags where maintenance activity is required.
Pictures should be clear and providing a proofing visibility.
Take pictures during activity like cleaning of site premises, clearing vegetations, shrubs
and trees. Greasing grounding and weather tapping of security lights cables etc.
Take pictures from the same angle after clearing snags that can provide readable and
accurate proofing information.
There should be minimum of 10 minutes gap between taking before and after pictures.
Pictures Before PM
Pictures of before PM activity indicating overall site premises conditions and highlighting snags
Pictures During PM
Pictures during activity like cleaning of site premises, clearing vegetations
Pictures After PM
Pictures from the same angle after clearing snags or cleaning done
4.2 DG Maintenance
Generator maintenance includes checking operational status of all parts, safeties are normal, servicing of major
components (radiator, battery, ATS, fan belt), changing lube oil, fuel filter and air filter.
Guidelines:
Below step should be followed not limited to other maintenance being required on site:
Pictures Before PM
Take Overall one DG photo zoomed out
Take picture of Front panel with clear reading of hour meter
Take picture of Left side, including fuel and oil filters and safeties
Take picture of Right side, including batteries and starter motor
Take picture of consumable before replacement from the front angle clearly showing old parts
Pictures During PM
Take picture while servicing parts and consumable replacement
Pictures After PM
Take picture of consumable after replacement from the front angle clearly showing new parts along with marker writings.
Take zoom out photo of overall DG showing that DG is clean and snag free
4.3 Aircon Maintenance
Aircon maintenance includes regular servicing of parts to avoid equipment damage and efficiency loss.

Take Overall one AC photo zoomed out
Pictures During PM
Take picture while servicing/ cleaning
Pictures After PM
Take picture after PM activity showing both indoor and outdoor units are clean
