Role: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
 Taking out quantities as per approved drawings
 Submitting Monthly Valuation for interim payments as per ongoing progress
 Preparing final measurements as per B.O.Q following
 Checking for Variations and Preparing new rates of variation items
 Closely liaise with cost clerks, Planning Engineers and Commercial manager to
obtain maximum commercial benefits from the project
 Regular discussions with Site Agents and Site Engineers about ongoing and future
progress
 Regular meetings and discussion with Consultant’s QS regarding interim
payments and measurements
 Liaise with store to compare material utilize at site with material procured
 Approval of invoice submitted by Subcontractor as per work done and passing to
accounts if found true with Approval of Commercial and Project Manger
