first time. It could be at home or abroad.

• What stands out most to you in your memory?

• Get a friend to check it and give advice.

One Sentence Paragraph
As I walked through the murky streets of this mysterious city I
felt a shiver down my spine. I was a stranger here. Alone. And I
had no idea where I was or how I could find my way. I couldn’t
even see another person.

But then I heard footsteps.

Echoing down the cobbled streets, I heard the unmistakable


sound of shoes on stone.
