 Sample requirement for fine aggregates and soil sample is 15 kg per sample and for bricks it is 20 
pieces (minimum).
 For Steel (Reinforcement) minimum two samples are required ( 03 nos. per samples of one metre
length steel bar) 
 The sample should be properly packed with clear identification numbers and that should be reflected
on the covering letter.
 The time requirement for submission of test report will be approximately 30 working days from the
date of receipt of payment
 The testing fee shall have to be either cash deposited at our cash counter, e- transferred or paid in
terms of DD drawn in favour of Director, NEIST Jorhat payable at SBI RRL Jorhat branch
