Use and Recycle of water using construction

Beyond any doubt, in this era of modernization and technology advances usage of water on

building construction holds utmost importance in order to complete the process in a convenient

way. The water at construction side can be used for Mortar property, mixing of cement concrete

and other work.

However, the water used during construction can also be renewed by using plastic materials and

jute bags to cover concrete to prevent the evaporation from the surface. Meanwhile, water can

also be reducing by adding admixture in cement.

The drainage system should also be proper established so that the collected water in pit may use

for further construction work. As, several activities continue at construction sites where water is

necessary to reduce wastage of water. Where, mixers also play an imperative role with this only

required volume of water is needed during the work. Moving further, reservoir can be used for

washing or cleaning the equipments which again can be used for other purposes. As, bricks need

water 4 times to make it stabled so that water can also be used again if kept in a reservoir or

certain drainage system.

The use of water is directly related to greenhouse gas emission. Where, the concept of zero

energy building and grey building are becoming popular whose main purpose is to save water

and energy. The concept of Grey water and rainwater harvesting is also one of the significant

factors to save water.
