AGE OF THE RESPONDENT
INTERPRETATION:
From above table it is inferred that the 8% of customer are from the age of 21-25
years, 26% of the customer are from the age of 26-30 years, 24% of the customer are
from the age of 31-35 years, 20% of the customer are from the age of 36-40 years,
14% of the customer belong to the age of 41-45 years and the 8% of the customer
are from the age of 46-50 years. HFFC should concentrate on lowest percent of the
age.

OCCUPATION OF THE RESPONDENT
INTERPRETATION:
From the above table it is inferred that 30% of the customer are from the credit
employees that is their salary will be credited in to their bank account, 6% of the
customer are from the cash employees that is they are daily wages or they will get
salary in their hand at month end and 64% of the customer are from the self-
employees which means they owns business.

INTERPRETATION:
From the above table it is inferred that 48% of customer are from the income of
10000-20000, 46% of customer are from the income of 21000-30000 and 2% of the
customer are from the income of above 31000-70000. Middle income level people
who has their income level in the range of 15k to 25k prefer HFFC.

LOAN OF THE RESPONDENT
INTERPRETATION:
From the above table it is inferred that 42% of customer seeks loans for homeloan,
36% of customer seeks loans for self-constructions, 4% of customer seeks loans for
commercials and 18% of customers seeks loans for LAP (loan against
property).Almost 80% are from homeloan and self-construction products. They
generate profits.

INTERPRETATION:
It is inferred that 32% of customer are given 13% of rate of interest given based on
their mode of employee. 64% of customer are given 14 % rate of interest and 4%
of customers are given 16% rate of interest. Based on their cibil score the rate of
interest may differ.

PERCEPTION OF THE RESPONDENT
INTERPRETATION:
It is inferred that 28% of customers perceptions towards homeloan are satisfactory,
50% of customer’s perception towards homeloan are moderate and 22% of
customer’s perception toward homeloan are dissatisfactory is due to high rate of
interest.

AWARNESS OF THE RESPONDENT

INTERPRETATION:

It is inferred that 40% of customer is aware about the HFFC Company and 60% of
customers in not aware about the company. This survey is conducted in some rural
and semi urban areas.
