B. MICROENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT
Ang ready-to-lay quails o pugo ay inaalagaan muna mula 30 hanggang 45 na araw bago ito mangitlog.
Karaniwan, base sa karanasan, nasa 38 hanggang 42 na araw ito mangingitlog ng mainam. At ang
pugo ay mangingitlog araw-araw sa loob ng hanggang 24 buwan. Ngunit upang mapanatili ang kalidad
ng itlog, kadalasan ay 10 hanggang 12 buwan lamang bago ito mai-culling. Hindi na ibebenta ng mga
miyembro ay mga pugo na kanilang mai-cull. Ang mga ito ay paghahatian na lamang. Dahil dito, ang
bahagi ng Seksyon na ito ay hinati sa dalawa upang maipakita ang mga dapat bilhin na mga kagamitan
at mga materyales. Ang siklong produksyon (production cycle) ng proyekto ay araw-araw pag
nagsimula ng mangitlog ang mga pugo.

Unang Bahagi – Information on the Amount of SCF Allocation
Mga Palagay (Assumptions):
 42 days ang Isaalang-alang bago mangitlog ng mainam ang mga pugo, kaya ang mga raw
materials ay naka-base dito pwera ang mg Pugo.
 42 days din ang basehan ng pasahod sa mga mag-alaga (2 tao sa isang araw)
 45 days naman ang gagawin basehan para sa mga upa/bayad ng Regular Operational
Expenses tulad ng Renta sa pwesto (space), kuryente, tubig, transportasyon. 45 days
sapagkat ang upa/bayad ay kalimitang isang buwan (30 days). Ang 45 days ay
kinukunsiderang 1 and a half month upang wala ng gansal at ang usapan sa magpapa-
gamit/renta ay hindi na kumplikado.
 Minsanan namang babayaran ang mga kinakailangan legal (government permit)

Kailangang maipakita ang minsanang gastos (one-time purchase) ng mga gagamitin. At


kailangan ding ipakita ang gastos sa araw-araw. Sapagkat itinataya na ang mga raw materials ay
halos paubos na kapag nagsimula ng mangitlog ang mga PUGO kaya ang mapagbebentahan dito
ay ipambibili na rin ng mga raw materials na kailangan.

2.5) Gross sales per production cycle


The sales take into account 8000 quails. Though there are 8500 quails to be bought as shown in PART
1, there could be around 6% mortality throughout the life cycle of the flock. Also, based on the
experiences of the group leaders of the association, around 87%, or higher, of quails in the flock of
8000 will be laying eggs per day which is an estimate of 6960 eggs. Also, consider that around 5500
eggs of the 6960 estimated will be at saleable quality. Some might get spoiled, crack or any other
unthinkable matter.
