Project title: Graduates Credentials Verification System for wku.

A verification system as in this project is an application program used to verify that someone or
something rightly and legally belongs to a collection or an organization.

There are different verification system, especially address verification system and card
verification system to mention but a few.

Credentials verification system is used to know whether or not the certificate provided is legal
and rightly issued for the student.

Know a day most of the organizations or companies depend on the manual system provided by
the educational institutions or Universities in order to verify their employee’s credentials.

But in This Credentials verification system, try to change manual to computerized means of
verifying someone’s claim of studentship or validating degree certificate by an institution using
an output clearly showing the truth or false of his or her claim.

Graduates Credentials Verification System for wku has the following feature

• Store and manage graduated student’s information.

• Online application for various service required by the organization.
• Design and implement a database for proper implementation of the system.
• Search graduated students file.
• Allow employee of the registrar and the administrator to login on their own password.
• External user can request credential verification by registering employee.
• Information about employees shared by company from university.
• To add new graduate information details.
• To generate report.
