    REQUIRED INSPECTIONS AND GENERAL COMMENTS :

    1. Visually inspect engine for any corrosion.
    Findings : Surface corrosion on engine cowl inlet
    2. Visually inspect engine for any abnormal discrepancies
    Findings : Missing clamp tube fuel
    3. Visually inspect of engine for any sign of oil leakage
    Findings : There is oil leakage in oil filter
    4. Visually inspect of engine inlet (compressor) for any sign of FOD
    Findings : Crack on one of the compressor blade
    5. Visually inspect of engine exhaust and turbine for any
    damage Findings : engine exhaust have a dent and must be
    repair immediately
    6. Check engine rotor for freedom of rotation
    Findings : Dragging at 180 o
    7. Check for usual engine noise during rotation & shake check
    Findings : There is choked sound at the compressor inlet
    8. Check oil filter
    Findings : There is oil leakage on oil filter
    9. Record actual start reading if any
    Findings : Start counter has broken
    10. Check chip detectors
    Findings : Found many chip of the tip of chip detectors
    11. Verify that the safety wire & paint marker has been applied
    (for shipped engine) or still exist (for warranty requested)
    Findings : The safety wire it’s loose and must be replaced
    immediately
    12. Visually inspect for possibility of hidden damage
    Findings : Crack in the skin
    13. Other findings …………………….
