Knowledge of Civil Aviation in all its aspects such as Flying Operators, Air Navigations, Tele-communication, Aircraft Structures, Aero-Engines, Aircraft System, Meteorology and Air Traffic Control. orThe departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion Note -2:- Officers serving in the organization other than those who are in the direct line of promotion, holding analogous post or with five years’ service in the post in level 12 can also apply under deputation quota, for which they will be required to compete with the external candidates.
