s. 11 Duties of promoters, s. 18,19,34 read these sections very well – ALL
DEFINITIONS UNDER RERA ARE IMPORTANT.

All instruments are liable to be stamped before execution or at the time of execution or on the date of
execution or immediately next week of execution ( In Maharashtra). Validity of stamp paper: 6
months.

in Maharashtra: 3 months from the date of receiving the document.
