be held on Thursday June 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. In view of the ongoing Pandemic, the meeting

9. Consideration/Discussion – Budget Calendar for FY 20/21.

10. Consideration/Discussion/Approval – Authorize General Manager to hire a consultant/

contractor regarding upgrading our recording system for an amount not to exceed
$10,000.

12. Consideration/Discussion/Approval – Authorize a) General Manager to spend up to $7

million of the reserve for the upgrade necessary for the Light Tree Apartment Project, b)
Approve in principle a Development Agreement with of Development Agreement with
Light Tree TW LP which will include a provision for the District to prefund all the
development cost and get reimbursed in the amount of $1.4 million upon completion of
the project.,c) Approve will serve letter in principle for the said project considering the
aforementioned.

13. Consideration/Discussion – District Treatment Capacity and Processes for acquiring

additional treatment capacity.
