Leaders and why?

Leadership is the action of leading a group of people and a

community, but in general the actual act of leadership is not
as simple as its definition sounds. The act of leadership
requires many abilities like decision making, sacrificing, trust
gaining, influencing, commanding and many more abilities like
these.

So here in this task I am going to select different leaders

from different areas and give reason for them why they are
selected as leaders.

a. Family and friends – In this area I select my parents

both MAA AND PAA as my leaders. Here in this task I
am not taking them as leaders just because they are my
parents but because they have all the qualities of a
leader like decision making, doing sacrifices, commanding,
influencing and they had this leadership skill from the
time before I was born.
b. Movies – In this area I select Marcle Gerard a character
from a series name The Originals as my leader. Truly
speaking he is not my favorite character from that series
but I really like his leadership skills. He treats everyone
equally, he gains the trust of his people, makes his people
follow rules and respect the authority, and most
importantly he always fights for his people and save them
 no matter how dangerous the situation is. He never leaves
his people like a true leader.
c. Education – In this area I select Dr. Narender Sharma
my PE teacher and my hostel warden as my leader.
Narender sir always treat us like his own children, he
never distinguished between hostlers and other students,
he taught us many things but most importantly he taught
us the importance of having unity, how by unity we can do
anything which a person can’t do alone.
d. Sports – In this area I select former Indian cricket team
captain M.S. Dhoni as my leader. He has always been one
of my favorite sportsman but here I choose him because
of his decision making skills and his calm nature while
dealing with different situations on field and off field.
e. Business – In this area I select Indian industrialist Ratan
Naval Tata as my leader. I choose him as my leader
because of his never give up spirit and the way he treats
others. There is incident from Ratan Tata’s life which I
want to share here, when Ratan Tata starts his
automobile’s business he faced too much competition and
heavy losses too and at that time Ford Motors suggested
Ratan Tata to stop his business and sell Tata Motors to
them but Ratan Tata refused that offer and put a lot of
efforts in Tata Motors and finally in 2008 Tata Motors
purchased Land Rover and Jaguar two of the most leading
branch of Fords Motors.
f. Science – In this area I choose former President of
India, A.P.J Abdul kalam as my leader because of his
hard work and his politeness. He worked on his dream and
made it come true but most importantly he made the
dreams of 1,000 more like him because of his ideas and
his decision making skills.
