Additionally, there are other effective ways to handle the environment problems. One of the most
widespread approach is using environmentally friendly vehicles because old – fashioned vehicles release
tons of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxit. These make environment damaged directly. Therefore the
fist imperative action is that conglomerates and companies should pay attention to transportation
facilities and invest in them properly. Renovating them by manufacturing vehicles used alternative
energies, such as: solar energy, electric energy,… instead of conventrational fuel . That helps us
eradicate chemical compound we have to use in fuel. Therefore, we can minimize carbon emissions
released into atmosphere. Then public transportation facilities should be upgraded by government. The
nationals can encourage to use these vehicles such as buses, trains, subways,… and promote the
benefits of using this transportation to everyone simultaneously. So we can limit the number of cars
and motorcycles on the road at least. The less carbon emissions we get, the less damaged environment
is.

Older leaders and directors have a variety of prominent aspects that the youth might not catch up with
them. They are able to stay calm in the most tricky circumstances such as their companies face up to
bankrupt or a looming shortage of qualified engineers. Simutaneously they are also good at
communicating with their partners to sign importance contracts to gain the highest profit for their
companies or conglomerates. To do that, they have to takle their failures head on and it takes them
several decades to understand how to overcome all of dificulties . The more failures they have, the more
lessons they get therefore younger founders can not keep up with them because of lack of time and
experience. For example, in Shark tank program in Viet Nam, it is obvious that all the leaders and
directors are in early 40. Their duty are listening start – up concepts or a project then analyzing the
founder’s mistakes immediately and finally deciding whether invest in founder’s companies. The older
leaders and bosses can point at drawbacks and mistakes of the start – up at the first glance instead the
young fouders are confidient with their plan. Therefore, the older bosses would be better.
