Profile: Product Analyst

Job Purpose
 Contribute to the innovation and expansion of the product suite, which will ultimately result in
expanding the Bank’s retail franchise

Key Responsibilities
 Understand business requirements, customer journeys and help define a product strategy / vision for
the portfolio
 Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new
products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products
 Closely work with internal stakeholders and external teams for the roll-out of new campaigns and
digital capabilities
 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables within defined timelines, particularly in the
areas of process improvements, customer experience and digitization
 Design and execute growth campaigns to increase active customers within the portfolio
 Perform competitive research, benchmarking and data analysis for relevant product
recommendations
 Stay up-to-date on latest happenings in the retail liabilities space

Education:

 Basic: Any Bachelor’s graduation

 Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM from a premier B-School
