C O N S U LT I N G
Role Description:
The role holder should be able to identify the right problems and pain areas and provide a consulting-driven
practical solution/roadmap to customers across domains and business areas. He/ She should be able to meet
customer requirements through delivery of these consulting projects, as well as work on new solution designs
and offerings which can be monetized. Should be able to create and deliver solutions independently, or as a
member of the team.

Key Responsibilities Areas:


The role holder will be responsible to directly contribute and be measured in the following areas:

• Lead customer facing consulting activities


• Lead teams in delivery engagements and be responsible for quality of deliverables and project
economics
• Manage projects and programs with focus on client / stakeholder management
• Win new customers / new business from existing customers
• Create new knowledge assets / insights for practices
• Work with competency head in conceptualizing new consulting offerings, draw business plans, support
launch of offerings and build & train teams
• Champion Business Excellence offerings internally (within the company) and externally for new
business realizations
• Take ownership of small teams to respond to proposals, defend proposals and take part in the entire
sales cycle
• Participate in forums/ seminars/ white paper contributions to disseminate Business Excellence
perspectives and points of view
Qualification & Experience required:
• MBA/ PGDM degree or equivalent
• Experience in Consulting would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of emerging technology and at least 1 business domain

• Ability to engage senior management and influence opinion
• Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills
