PROVIDE OF SERVICE AGGREMENT

The Provide Service Agreement that “Land Surveying for Industrial Food Manufacturing Establishment’’
is entered into as of 10th of March 2030 by and between GPKeystone Surveying Inc. with its principle
offices at 23rd St. Brgy.Rotonda 45th avenue. Bagong Silangan,Quezon City and Minsanan Food
Corporation in Sulok st. Panapaan II, City of Bacoor, Cavite.

The Following

1. THE AGGEREMENT OF APPROVING THE SERVICE

The following terms and condition of this Agreement, the GPKeystone Surveying
Inc. will provide the land surveying to Minsanan Food Corporation in their new
upcoming construction site, it necessary to survey the site that will GPKeystone
will provide a precise data’s and information that will rely as it guide.

2. DETAILS OF SERVICE

GPKeystone will survey an estimated 1.5 hectare of open field in Gapan, Nueva
Ecija. They will gathered the data such as type of soil/earth that embodies the field, the
area location, the exact slopes and elevation per square meter. The weather will be
monitored as per guided by the Geo-Science-Tech Bureau.

3. PRICING

GPKeystone Surveying Inc.shall provide the Service to Minsanan Food

Corporation at the fee of 11,400 per 2 sq. m including the tax, transportation,
imprinting the data’s. Additional fees for theodolites, transits, Steel Rods,
measuring tapes and other utilities
4. PAYMENT TERMS

Before the start of the work,the contractee will provide the 20% of the working
total fee’s including the materials that need via bank account of GPKeystone.
When the reach of the 2 weeks of providing service. The total fees will be given
by our management and it should be transcant within 5 working days.

5. GPKeystone Surveying Inc. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GPKeystone Surveying Inc. hereby the terms of conditions to the Minsanan Food
Corporation as follows:

(a) GPKeystone Surveying Inc. will the one to give the exact and precise data
and information at the given date by Minsanan Food Corporation.
(b) GPKeystone Surveying Inc. has full right,power, and authority to the
surveying methods and techniques.
(c) GPKeystone Surveying Inc. will conclude some add/ons in the particular
situation. E.g the extention of property area that will do if the other parties
will add based on specification of contract.

6. Minsanan Food Corporation Warrantees

Minsanan Food Corporation hereby the Warrantees of the contract as follows:

(a) The Date of contract will be push if bad phenomenon happens e.g typhoon
or sudden earthquake (if necessary).
(b) Any tax or other government changes will be impose by GPKeystone and no
shall be hidden fee’s including the misc fee. It should be listed all the
revenue.
(c) Minsanan Food Corporation has power to questioned unexplainable proof
of works that not included on scope and limitation of the contract.
7. TERMINATION

(a) By either Party, at any time, on provision of 5 days, written notice to the
other party; Howerever the Service should follow the contract and the
amount of the deal, we will be terminate the contract if necessary.
(b) By either party at any time if the materials and the fees are not fully
satisfied both parties will issue termination of contract. However if there’s
short or miscalculation the one of party will adjust or else termination of
contract.
(c) By either party, Minsanan Food Corporation will handle the liability of the
personnel of GPKeystone is die during his/her work, if necessary, but if not
coordination, the GPKeystone will work to have a peace and agreement.

8. Breach and Damage.

(a) If party terminates the contract, the tools that used will pay and the data
will be payed according to the contract. If the duration of the work is about
5 working days, it should be payable the 5 working days.
(b) If one of the Minsanan Food Corp personnel change the data of the land
measurements without GPKeystone consent, we will sue the charge against
the personnel but if can use a good conditions we will have a decent talks if
necessary.
(c) Any action of breach and damage of this agreement must be commenced
within 2 years after the cause of action has accrued.

9. GOVERNING LAW.

This Agreement shall be governed by Philippine Laws. In the event that litigation
result from or arises out of this Agreement or the performance. All parties
should follow and abides the total fees,revenue,tax,service and other expenses.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have executed this Agreement of the date of first written
above.
