Executive Summary:
This project intends to create an operation and maintenance plan for the new service by
creating not only a sustainable fulfillment of the new project of Plant Pals but also build
delivery practices for the day -to -day operations .

Project Goal

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound


● Set operational tools, implement protocols, put delivery processes in place,
train employees, all in six months with a budget of 75000$, in order to support
the bigger project of the company, Plant Pals.

Deliverables

1. New software for order processing and supply chain management


2. New delivery trucks, new drivers, new program to calculate delivery fees in
order to deliver on time 95% of orders within one month of launch.
3. New training program for employes

Why are we doing this?


● This is a requirement in order for Plant Pals project runs smoothly. The plan also supports
the larger project goal of a 5% revenue increase for Office Green.
