Sub : A request for connecting power supply and registration of agreement to sublease of my flat GA

Sir,
I feel pleasure to let you know that you have given me ownership of the above said flat after an
endorsement request from original allottee Mr RAVI JAGWANI, then a new builder buyer agreement
made after clearing all pending dues and zero ledger balance as per your legal procedure of transfer of
flat ownership in my name. Since I have availed a home loan from HDFC, the bank required an original
copy of registered ‘Agreement to Sublease’, along with Permission to Mortgage and Tripartite
Agreement, at the earliest, it is legal obligation to both of us, for this sake, soon I purchased a stamp
paper of Rs……… and paid due admistrative charge for registration of agreement to sublease at Sub
Registrar, Noida. The stamp paper was got issued from govt department by your authorized lawyer, the
lawyer given to you for further necessary work for registration of document.
Here I would like to intimate you that I will shift in this said flat shortly so kindly provide power supply in
the flat immediately and also expedite registration of document process to comply bank obligation by
us.

Sub : Regarding getting a power supply in flat GA 501,Windsor Court , Sector 78 , Noida, recently the
said flat’s ownership transferred in my name from an original flat aliottee Mr Ravi Jagwani after
fulfilling your requirements for ownership transfer endorsement like paying previous dues and zero
ledger balance ,then you have changed the ownership of flat in my name and created a new builder
buyer agreement too in which my name entered in it and Mr Jagwani , to purchase this flat I availed a
home loan from one of the leading banks HDFC by providing to bank those documents provided to me
by you like original builder buyer agreement , proof of payment of dues , zero balance ledger , NOC ,
permission to mortgage and tripartite agreement.

Sir,
This is to bring into you attention that after taking possession of flat from original allottee (Seller) Mr
Ravi Jagwani ,later I went to your maintenance office of Windsor Court to restore power supply in the
said flat , there I met Mr Sinha , Officer-in - Charge of Maintenance Department , he denied our request
to restore the flat’s power supply because of a long time pending outstanding maintenance dues of Rs
1,50,000 (approx.) of original allottee , later he stated that only after clearing the said outstanding
amount , you will able to get power supply from his end as per company policy. Finally still date power
supply is not restored in the flat. Now I feel unfortunately, despite of no fault of mine in transferring of
ownership from your end,however I landed in a great problem of payment of said outstanding dues of
this flat, so I have stuck in a very difficult situation of financial burden of incurring loads of bank’s EMI as
well as rent of flat where I do presently stay.
In my simple legal understanding, I am not liable to pay the said previous incumbency maintenance
outstanding dues, in fact this liability of payment outstanding dues goes on part of previous owner Mr
Ravi Jagwani, please notify Mr Jagwani to make payment of maintenance dues of his occupancy period
immediately simultaneously instruct your office to allow me to shift my family into the flat peacefully.
Looking forward a positive cooperation from your end by which I can shift my family happily in the newly
purchased flat in your project.
