I have decided to give you clarity on the proposal from my end . To save

The toledo property market / the market rate / school and everything .
When it comes to school , i am the third generation in education . Even my
grandfather was a principal in a school . So i know the kind of sentiments
and attachment that go with it . So kindly note that .

Looking into everything , toledo , the rate there , then the plot being
divides by the road , the construction , the cash flow , the covid scene and
all i can pay half a million for the school with the property . I know its quiet
less than what you guys have quoted , but trust me have done all due
diligence when I quoted this . And this works out the best in this scene .

And one more option is that if the owners would like to give time to the
family which has been the main reason for this , i am ready to lease it out .
At a fair amount . This gives them what they want . And may be when the
scene is cool , and the situation becomes better we can negotiate the deal
and conclude . I am the investor myself and dont have to go anywhere for
money .
