1.Powerpoint presentation Soft copy version and hard copy version (Must include
group member names and IDs)
2.Maximum number of group members 5 and minimum 4
3.Each group will have 10 Minutes ONLY to present the plan and 5 Minutes for
feedback
4.Group members MUST be involved while presenting the plan.
Project (Article)
1. You are starting a new company in the Dentistry field or health/personal care field;
2. Choose a name for your new company and state that name.
3. What is the type of company you have chosen to start?
4. What legal form have you considered for your business? Why?
5. Develop the vision & mission of your business.
6. What core values are you going to choose for your business to stand for?
7. Suggest one creative idea that you can apply in your new business that can make you better than
your competitors.
8. As an owner or manager of a new business, what strategies can you use to spot opportunities for
improvement?
9. Draw a sketch of a business model framework. In each quadrant of the business model write down
your idea about the business concerning that quadrant. Optional; Go to X Company web site and try
to relate their business model figure to the contents of our business model framework.
10. List the Goals for your business
11. List the Objectives within SMART dimensions and terms
12. List 3 Site (location) choice priorities for your new pharmacy/business. Why did you make these
choices?
13. How do you suggest you can position your business?
14. How are you going to make potential customers aware of your new business and value proposition?
