In generally people know about the risks of gas usage and precautions needs to be taken to prevent as
you could see here above 50% of participants have selected that answer. Apart from that some
mentioned they know about the smell of the gas and it is harmful when inhaled.
As stated in the previous slides there was some news spread over social media and other media
platforms with regards to gas explosions that happened around the country. Therefore, most of the
people have selected the answer as YES. Besides that, there were some consumers who strongly
believes that gas explosions cannot happen and it is based on their personal experience. However, some
were selected as they do not know about it.
As in line with the previous question, a greater percentage have marked no gas leakages noticed in their
houses based on the experience, whereas others have marked as rarely and often respectively according
to the percentages. Leakages are totally depending on the way of usage by consumers.
Prior to the shortage of gas supply, there were various methods for consumers to buy gas cylinders such
as home delivery, pickMe Flash, order online &, etc. Thus, it is a bit difficult from a consumer’s point of
view. That’s the reason that a bigger portion of this pie chart is shown as highly inconvenient.
Apparently, people who have selected manageable as the answer might be using one of the methods
given above.
It’s not the proudest moment to emphasize that people have loosened their faith in Litro as a company
due to reason tragic events that happened. There were only 15% percentage is willing to buy gas from
Litro without a hesitation.
If people have the liberty of switching to an alternative, they would do it without a second thought.
They would choose even wood fire or hot plates without using gas cylinders, but still, they are not
willing to change it hence they do not have any other convenient and cost-effective method.
People are willing to get enlightened about something once it is famous or harmful. In this case, it is
harmful. People got scared of losing lives and tried to get solutions via the internet and they have tested
the most chosen answer as well. Then usage of gas detector has selected even it is expensive. similarly
other three answers were also selected by thinking the safety of usage.
