Dangerous：

⚫ Don’t touch the electromotor, wiring box as other things with a high–voltage
wiring end; otherwise it may cause electric shocks.
⚫ Don’t touch any switch with the wet hand; otherwise it may cause electric
shocks.
Attention：
⚫ Make sure the switch is safe before use
⚫ Don not mishandle the switch
⚫ Cut off the main electric circuit immediately when there is possibility of
electrical shocks.
⚫ Only use the recommended hydraulic oil, lubricant and grease.
⚫ Use the fuse suitable for the proper electric current.
3.3 Requirements before power connection
Dangerous：
Check before any use. Any cable wire, soft wire or conducting wire with damaged
isolated cover may lead to electricity leaks or electric shocks.
Attention：
⚫ Fill the oil up to the indicated oil level in the fuel tank. Check and fill in the
oil when necessary.
⚫ Mark all the lubrication points, according to lubrication list.
⚫ Ensure all the switch and components effective; confirm their good work
state.
3.4 Regular check
warning：
Don not put the hand into chain or head/tail sprocket to check tension condition, in
order to avoid injury.
Attention：
⚫ Care about any abnormal noise of motor, reducer and other equipments.
⚫ Check all rotation parts for lubrication.
⚫ Ensure the protection devices are at the good work state.
⚫ Check the tension of chain.
3.5 Operation
Warning：
⚫ Operate the equipment with the bare hand; otherwise it may lead to a wrong
operation.
4 Installation

4.1 Installation and technical requirement

✓ After receiving the facilities, check the quality and quantity of the parts and components
sort and store them properly. Do not put the parts and components in open air, or they will
be rusted and damaged. If there are parts or components missing or damaged, try to find
or rebuild them.
✓ Check carefully the workshop, base and floor installation holes with the dimensions of
the elevator before installation, especially whether elevator’s drive mounting type is the
same as the requirements on the drawing (right side or left side). The actual dimensions
should be measured and modified to insure a good installation quality if the actual
dimensions are different from the specified ones on the drawing.
✓ Necessary tools and materials should be prepared before installation.
✓ The professional workers for fitting, hoisting, welding and electricity should participate in
the installation.
✓ Check the levelness of the base with a level gauge at the beginning of installation. If there
is some inequality, the steel plate is allowed to level up the foundation and then the anchor
bolts on foundation should be checked again according to the drawing of the base of the
elevator.
✓ Hoist the head casing and middle casing of the elevator to relevant floor for installation.
The middle casings could also be hoisted and fixed one by one.
✓ Installation：
a． Firstly, fix the Tail part (bottom case) of the elevator to the base temporally, and then
bolt the middle case flanges together in sequence. Asbestos strings or other seals should
be used between the flanges for sealing. If there are some nonstandard middle case
sections, they should be assembled after the standard ones. It could be altered according
to the on-site condition. After assembling the middle case, connect the head case. Open
the upper hood.
