Overview:

Education requirements:

• Master’s degree or diploma (desirable) – Finance / Accounting advantageous for Accounting and
Performance

Tenure / Experience requirements:

• Interns from select schools

• Knowledge of specific financial instruments, product lines or relevant institutional experience
• SQL, Unix and VBA/Macro experience a plus

Core skills required:

• Demonstrated client and business focused

• Can demonstrate self-motivation, and is driven to be solution orientated to deadlines in a pressurized
environment
• Able to analyze and synthesize data in a concise and easy to understand style
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong control / risk mitigation mentality with ability to know when to escalate issues
• Ability to work Proficient in Excel and MS applications
• Ability to work in a global team environment but also has the drive and curiosity to learn independently
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Organized and detail orientated – responsive to changing environment
• Focus on continuous improvement and process innovation
